    I have been renting this beautiful home now for close to a year. Anytime I have any questions, need maintenance, or anything at all, Angela and Jasmine (property manager and asst to property manager) have been my point of contact and they are thee best I’ve ever had thee honor to rent or even do business with. I’m hoping to stay another year as it’s been so easy and stress free. Rent from Arizona Property Brokerage you will Not be disappointed !!! 😊 Also I must add the owner that AZ Property Brokerage works with in regards to this beautiful home have been completely amazing as well. Quick to approve anything that needs to be replaced and or fixed. Definitely highly recommend them both!!!!!!

    I absolutely love Dustin Fogliano! ❤️ Not only did he help me find a home for my wife and I that we adore but he even helped me load my heavy furniture since I had no other help and my wife is pregnant! I have never had better service from any other Realtor. He really went the extra mile for us and it has made the ultimate difference to our new found quality of life. Thank you so much Dustin!     Dustin was a great realtor. He sent us different home options, asked us many questions on what we wanted and needed in our home. He took his time showing us different houses and made sure our requirements for our home were met. He was very professional and made sure my husband and I felt like we were heard. I would recommend him to my family and friends due to the amount of time and effort he put into finding us the best home us. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate all that he did for my husband and I. :)

    Angela is by far the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever dealt with from any management company across America. She refuses to take any responsibility, Evan after submitting work orders for existing damage that is causing a damage to our goods as well as presenting a dangerous situation for snakes/scorpions to get into the house. I wonder if the owners of the property I live in (Who she refuses to put me in contact with) would have an interest in seeing the text messages she sent me prior to hearing from my attorney. Sadly Angela is going to let the owners get blind-sided with a legal issue that she could have take an action to solve the same day she got the work order however, she refused. And so now the matter will have to be handled legally. What’s incredibly sad is that the owners probably love me for the fact that I’m always two months ahead on the rent and have taken great care of their property. How many tenants pay 2 months in advance? I guarantee not many. I did everything I was required to do per the contract and submission of a work order. However, Angela still refuses to do anything and has the audacity to say, “I can’t do anything about it, I’m cancelling the work order,” you would think a management property associate would have more common sense than to write something like that in a text message to me, but then again, I’m sort of glad she doesn’t. If the owners see this message and want to reach out to me directly/come see the issue for themselves, I’d be willing to advise my attorney so we can deal directly with a competent owner. As a military and law enforcement veteran, I’m dumbfounded as to how Angela was put in a position of authority and is allowed to handle serious matters with zero regard for the tenants. If it were a broken screen, I could see her not being able to do much, but the fact that we are dealing with a garage door that allows rain water as well as potential reptiles to get into the property with kids and pets living here, is beyond excusable. I actually pay the mgmt company via the rent every month to handle serious matters like this… why exactly am I being forced to pay them if they refuse to do their job?? Are they also in breach of contract with the owners by not handling this issue?? We’ll soon find out.

    This is the best apartment complex we have had the pleasure to stay in. It is super quiet, surrounded in a nice neighborhood, the neighbors are all friendly, parking is super easy, if we have a problem it gets addressed in a timely manner. Arizona Property Brokerage is an amazing management company, they are super helpful and do not have that corporate black and white vibe I've gotten from other management companies in the past, and they are always checking in on us. Jasmin is super friendly and is really understanding and easy to talk to. Any problem we have a resolution is always made. Thank you so much for being there for me and my family.
