My husband and I had a great move-in experience with Dylan! She was sweet, kind, and timely with our questions, application, and move-in. We were informed of things the owner plans on updating in the home when we received our keys and because of our experience we feel confident in this management company's ability to communicate well between us and the owner! These guys are scam artists. They took over management of our property, chased away the current long term tenants. Eric told us they could rent it quickly for 25-35% above what the current tenants were paying. The house has been empty 4 months. NOW HERE IS THE KICKER: Zen Rent provides a tenant turnover report, this report indicated 143 leads and no showings. Over the course of 4 months, Eric suggested we continually decrease the rental asking price to induce showings. He can't be responsible that no one want to rent OUR house.
After wondering why there were NO viewings, came to discover that the house wasn't open to receive viewings. Prospective tenants were provided a message that the house is unavailable and led them to other houses owned by ZEN property management; their own company owned houses. We have cancelled our contract and have asked for our keys to gain entry. ZEN has been silent. The owner will not return phone calls. He hides in the shadows like a cowering mouse

The worst ever that I have worked with. Between Zillow and Zen door and the Realtor I canceled my application and ate my $500 deposit one minute they are requesting money and then I send the money and I get a cancellation notice via text and I tell the realtor and she says you are not canceled so mixed up and unable to even get into my application. I have purchased 3 homes in Az in the last 4 years and have sold one. NEVER have I had such a bad experience!

Have been using these guys for my last two rentals. Have had really no big issues and they've been extremely kind and accommodating. Rent prices are also fairly reasonable considering the market.

We called over 20 times from multiple numbers. No one ever answered the phone and we never received a call back. We received an email about our application and continued to call in order to assure we did everything necessary to complete the application and screening process. Still was unable to contact anyone via phone call. Worst communication I've ever had with a rental company. After denying our application Dylan claims it was due to an incomplete screen from our current landlord (not our fault) and a move in date further out. We could have made other accommodations to go along with their wants if a simple phone call would have been answered. This place is nothing more than a scam. Please listen to the other reviews as I should have. 0% recommended.
Edit: They claim Dylan was in contact but we called between 9-5 M-F and not once did we ever get in contact via phone with an employee. Emails finally came through after we continously reached out. The process was the worst I've ever experienced. By far. The other reviews state the same so if you don't believe me, read the rest of these 1 star reviews.
