They don't take care of their tenants !!! They don't fix things in timely manner. You have to keep calling to get things fixed. Maintenance lies about work orders. Every time it's a different management company. They don't act on complaints on neighbors, after you have complained about the same neighbors over a year and not action taking.. Not worth the money.
Lost money on process of moving application fees times three(applicants) administrative fees, time being pushed back for three days due to maintenance issues THEN unit was not cleaned, maintained, front office staff and Maintenance Crew knowing unit 147 was not ready for move in. Had to take back cashiers check, front office staff and Maintenance Supervisor knowing unit was not ready. Took pictures and video of Horrible Unit. Had contents of our old unit packed and move out notice was given to landlord with next day move out without any place to move into! Honestly with the GRACE of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we left Woodsprings Apartments and found a New Move in ready Townhome one hour after being devastated. The next day (Saturday Veterans Day ) having the banks closed was a hindrance being our Cashier’s Check could not be repurposed to give to the new landlord, which found out that I am a Vietnam Era Vet and expedited the move in process. I was not given the administrative or application fees returned from Woodsprings Apartments. There was no Accommodations given for our inconvenience just Business as Usual seemed to be the way they do business. New homeowners be aware!
Moved into these apartments from out of state and highly don’t recommend them. They’re technically in the ghetto which I didn’t know better was just here for a temp job. My neighbor would get beat about 1-2 times a week, so I had to deal with hearing someone scream and would call the police and of course no one would answer the door so dealt with that for a few months. The apartment has a Karen who would scream at me for my dog pooping even though I picked it up, so that made me feel even more unsafe in an unknown environment. Cops were around this apartment way too much for the wrong reasons. Never felt safe going outside at night and occasionally I would see the homeless digging in the dumpster. Apartment would allow residents to feed strays cats and have them roaming around everywhere. Apartment was overly priced for the condition it was in (old washer and dryer loud as can be, garbage disposal was loud!). Don’t expect to see your deposit either they will just keep that.
I've lived here for 2 years, the apartment itself is nice, office staff rarely if ever answer phone calls, and are rarely in the office if you need to speak to them, the complex is in a bad area of mesa, within the last 8 months there was a man murdered in the parking lot, a man with a gun was killed by the police infront of the complex, the police are always here for some reason or another. this past Friday 8-25-23 my roommates locked car was stolen from the parking lot, it would be nice with how much were paying for rent (that keeps going up) that they would have some type of security.. like cameras or security patrols or SOMETHING to make the residents feel a little safer and at ease. It's gotten to the point that we don't feel safe living here and will not be renewing our lease.
The Front Office Management Is Great. We Had An Issue With Our Parking Spot And They Resolved Immediately. They Are Always Friendly And Helpful. Keep Up The Great Job Ladies. Thank You So Much
