They have been consistently transparent, engaging, and timely during all interactions, even after the initial move in phase. Whether preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, or just simply administrative functions, the task is given priority and resolved in an expedited manner. Our experience at VPM has been amazing. We have been tenants for 12 years. They are prompt to resolve tenant issues and very attentive. There is freshly brewed coffee every day, a clean break room, and clean updated rest rooms. Tenants are friendly and several times a year we share our best dishes on a potluck. They show appreciation to the tenants during the holidays and bring in catered food. Thank you!
