Transcity was the property management company for a house we were renting. During our time with them we ran into a few issues with the house and Transcity was quick to respond and address them. Everyone we talked to was always professional and personable.

Special shout-out to DJ, he is so personable and accommodating to my requests for updates and photos of any work done to our property (it is tough living 2400 miles from our AZ house). 👍👍 from me. 😎

We have rented with Transcity Property for almost a year now and hope to renew our lease. Monthly fees are so reasonable compared with other property management companies. All of our maintenance requests have been handled very timely, and DJ has been accessible and easy to work with.

I rented a property for three years from Transcity and it was a great overall experience. Any issue I had were promptly and professionally handle. If I had a question or concern DJ or Debbie were there to also take my call. If I am even in the market to rent Transcity is who I call first. I would highly recommend this property management company. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

Had a great experience with Transcity Property Management Inc when finding a new place to call home. They were professional and very helpful with making sure I had everything they needed. I would highly recommend them when finding a place and I would trust them to help manage for me if I ever needed it.
