Austin has been amazing! We got taken advantage of by another agency and within 3 days of contacting Austin we had tenants in our condo! Austin at Simas Property Management has been great in finding a tenant, working with issues that have come up and accommodating an out of town landlord. Within the first month of the tenants moving in the neighbors tree fell onto the roof. Austin took care of communication and coordination with the tenant and took pictures of the damage which he sent to me. He responds to questions or concerns quickly and very professionally. Austin was super quick and got our house rented in less than one month, 2 months later the renter decides to leave unexpectedly, he acted fast and got our house rented once again in less than a month. He followed up with the person who left and helped us through the headache of getting us the proper compensation.
