Robert at Showtime Realty has been a great help managing our property over the last year. We moved out of state and I needed a property management company to handle all situations with our tenant and I have heard some horror stories so I knew I couldn't just pick anyone. Luckily, my brother was a seasoned landlord and he highly recommended Robert and Showtime Realty. Monthly statements and yearly tax docs are spot on and very helpful and Robert seems to have a great "rolodex" of professionals to assist when repairs and maintenance is needed and I don't feel I have been overcharged on anything or any of the requests were unreasonable . As Robert was recommended to me by my brother, I recommend him to anyone needing full service property management at a very competitive rate.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert Mitchell for leasing a condominium through showtime realty. He has been nothing but respectful, quick on getting back to me, and professional during our communications. I’ve had experience with others and he went above and beyond the expectation I went into this agreement with. The others (not in this company) had made me strongly disgusted with this line of work. Going into this, I thought I’d be screwed (such as my previous experiences). With me, trust is not given and he was able to quickly build that and maintain it indefinitely through the move out process. I highly recommend working with Rob.
Rob, if you’re reading this, I’ll be trying to work with you for the next living situation to arise on my end. You’ve done fantastic work and are a big asset to showtime realty.

Robert provides fantastic property management services and has made the end to end process extremely convenient. He has been managing our Chandler property over last few years and ensured that both tenants and the property needs are met adequately and timely. Robert is extremely through and diligent in tracking communications and work items, provides traceability in a timely fashion.
