I have the best experience with SGI Property Management. I have many hurdles and wouldn't be able to handle them without the help of SGI. My Portfolio Manager is Amy Smith. She was details, throughout, and excellent communicator. I wouldn't able to handle all my properties without her help.
Great rental company. We always pay on time, never had issues with staff. Repair requests are always fulfilled asap. They did raise our rent once but business is business, and compared to the rest of the market, our rent is still competitive to most of the valley. Couldn’t ask for much more from a leasing agent/landlord combo.
Within a month of our contract to simply, easily, rent a never-lived-in home to a qualified tenant we knew we were doomed. Jessie, Amy and Kyle qualified a family of 7 who destroyed our nest egg home. Appliances too. Once the wife died in the house this upstanding citizen (read: Haitian immigrant working for Border Patrol under excellent White house policy) he left the kids to raise themselves and draw over every surface. Countertop, Cabinets, Walls, Floors) Lucky for me! I found out after I fired SGI after Jessie lied countless - DOCUMENTED KYLE - times. The last being that she had actually called the warranty company. It was a brand new house. Dummy proof... not for SGI. So I was stuck with him until March of 2022. Bonus is he got SS for that suspicious death and bought himself a sweet little 3/2 of his own in Arizona City and imported the real GF to raise his spawn. Feel free to ask me anything. I had an incredible experience working with Kyle! His communication was fantastic, and demonstrated a high degree of transparency throughout our interactions. I appreciated Kyle's prompt and clear communication style, which made working together so much more manageable and enjoyable. Kyle took the time to make sure I had a full understanding as it’s my first time renting out my property and kept me informed of any updates or changes. Overall, I highly recommend SGI, mainly for Kyle invaluable role in making this experience a smooth experience.
We had the worst experience with SGI. The house was not listed on MLS and had a high application fee for the tenants and we weren’t informed about it. The house was empty for than a month even reducing the price. We were given wrong comps.
