We rented through this company for a year. Almost nothing good to say about these people. When you reached out for “maintenance”, they’d get someone out within 5-10 days. Not to mention being with a dishwasher for the first month of being in the home. These people are crooks. They charge not only the home owner but also the customer for absolutely dismal services. I would not recommend anyone use this company or any affiliated company either. Kept my some of my deposit for landscape maintenance after I just spent $400 to have the landscape cleaned up. $395 for paint repairs on “poor paint touch up”. This company is flat out horrible to work with and good luck speaking to someone in person, they will sit in their back office while you stand in their lobby and ignore you.
I rented a property through RPM for a short period and I really wish I could have stayed with them longer. We had put in a few maintenance requests during our lease and they were always addressed quickly. RPM communicated with us well and I feel they did their best to take care of us even when we had special requests for maintenance appointments. The staff at the office and maintenance team were all so nice to us. The house we lived at was clean upon move-in with very minimal things to note on our move-in checklist. Upon move-out I feel they were also very fair about the two deductions made from our deposit. Sadly since leaving the house we had with with RPM I’ve learned how terrible other property management companies/apartment complexes treat their residents so I thought RPM deserved the time for me to leave them a positive review.
This management company helped us rent a house recently, and it was a pleasure to work with them throughout the entire process. They were extremely accommodating, kind, and responsive. They are aware of their actions. They communicate with you on a regular basis to inform you of any alterations or updates regarding business hours, holidays, or anything else. I highly recommend them whether you want to rent a house or own one. Thanks to Art and the team, I'm grateful!
Don’t waste your time. Everything is communicated through a portal. You can never talk to anyone , they will hang up on you. They charge fees to the tenants. It is Oct 20 I was supposed to receive my rent and deposit back, as well as keys and still no word from the company .
They have hired a new community manager at the Ember of Phoenix who is rude and is unprofessional. He tells tenants he will take care care of all issues but he does nothing .Several tenntants will not be renewing their lease unless changes are made . Renters rights advocate will get involved if this manager continues not to his job.
