    Don't let the reviews fool you. They seem to be great company for home owners, but renters it's absolutely the opposite. They are the most rude and unprofessional team. You can never get through by phone, and when you do you're yelled and cussed at, never getting any answers. Their yearly inspection they hit you with cleaning the carpets and tasks that need to completed that is considered normal wear and tear. They will not give you any information on inspection. I asked for a heads up since my minor child was going to be home and would like to make it home so he's not alone, and I was screamed at and hung up on. They are insanely rude. With our account they refused to upload part of the lease when it was asked multiple times through their portal. We recently moved out and they withheld part of our deposit that was clearly notated by pictures and the part of the lease that they refuse to upload. Save yourself having to deal with the BBB and being screamed out when you just trying to find out information with the home you're living in.

    I understand that the new thing for property owners is to hire a large property management company that treat renters like a number rather than a person, but this might be the worst. Applied for a condo that was renting for $2100 a month, and were told (very rudely) that we didn't qualify because of a "late payment" (an issue with new ownership of our current place, that we could have proved) but were told they'd rent us another unit that's $500 more. We said no thanks. Fast forward to earlier this week, that $500 more unit became available for $2100, so naturally we jumped on. Got the approval, told them verbally we would pay the deposit the next day. Called later that same day to pay the deposit, the same rude associate (who wouldn't give us her name), didn't answer but emailed us the next morning to tell us they rented to someone else. Without any heads up or warning. When we called to find out what happened, we were yelled at for "not calling back", when we did. They send you to a pool of associates and there's not one person that takes ownership of the property you're trying to lease. And before the "owner" of the Google business account comes on here and claims "that's not us", like he/she does on all their reviews, the website we found the listing on matches the website on your Google Business page. So does the phone number. Hire some humans.

    As an agent I work on behalf of my clients. The leasing agent tried to verbally embarrass me in front on my client when all we were trying to do is gain access to a property. Her only concern was my "commission" I could care less about step 10 if I can't get through step 1. Company refused to deal with me to provide entry to a home but preferred to talk directly to my client and provide them lockbox information. This is also a serious ethics complaint

    The company is very responsive through its portal. Their maintenance staff is outstanding! They make the entire process of owning multiple investment properties suck a breeze. There isn't one time when they don't take care of business regardless of the situation presented.

    Rented for almost 3 years, never paid rent late, put in a total of 3 work orders (maintenance was quick and pleasant every time). Thankfully we never really had issues where we needed to reach out to management as their responses seemed cold and not customer service oriented. I have since moved out and received my final account statement to which I had questions and requested proof since they kept my entire deposit plus seeking an additional $173. I sent an email 11/30 and have yet to get an email back despite follow up emails I have sent. Today I called their office, asked to speak to a manager and regret not remembering her name. She was instantly standoffish and rude. I requested proof of the cost of blinds and she responded with “so you want me to dig out the Home Depot receipt from the trash and send it to you?” I don’t believe that is anyway to speak to a tenant, regardless if I’m a previous one or not as they will never have my business again. I asked her why she was being so rude to me as I was only looking for proof and clarification as there were other issues on the FAS that I had my proof of and she continued to argue with me instead of delivering good customer service and answers for me. I do not recommend this company. There are so many other management companies that can offer at least a decent person to speak with and provide nice, affordable homes to rent.
