6 minutes away from family. The hotel staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They had many fridges and microwaves and they gave waffles and milk juice coffee in the morning along with some fruits and yogurt. And our dogs stayed for free. Plus it was quiet..will be coming here when we're in town to visit again, 😊
Quality Inn saved my kids and I because the hotel I originally booked was disgusting. The staff here at Quality Inn were polite and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The also had continental breakfast daily from 6-9am. For the price I couldn’t say more. I would recommend it if you’re staying in Mesa,Arizona. They are located on Gilbert and Main. Thank you so much
Unless you want hookers and drug dealers around you, stay away. It's only a few steps away from the rail station and the people in and around the property are sketchy at best. Multiple times (including at 3am), random homeless people would knock on my door looking for their dealer. The beds were hard and encased in bed bug bags. The room was absolutely filthy and smelled of trash. Probably because the trash can right outside the door was overflowing with trash throughout my stay. The water that came out of the tap was cloudy. I didn't even want to brush my teeth with it. Oh yeah - they lost their WiFi and cable service while I was there. Do yourself a favor- go anywhere else.
We will not be staying here again and the only reason I am writing this review is to give the desk clerks credit for their helpfulness. Chris, the night desk clerk, bravely knocked on our neighbor's door twice to ask them to stop the loud sex and throbbing music. Tim, the morning clerk, was understanding when we asked for a refund of our next night's stay. He refunded our money and was apologetic. Two professionals trying to do something good in a in a less than great place.
Having stayed here almost a month, we got switched to different rooms 2 times for faulty equipment, to a room that had no Internet and a shoddy TV. Then on the final day, having an extension made in the books, got told because we had let someone in to our room, not knowing that the person had been kicked out previously, that we could no longer be extended, leaving us scrambling for the next hour trying to find shelter for my small family. No one came to us to explain what happened, or that we had broken rules. Communication on this property is poor, and their leniency for those who are in a bad situation trying to better themselves is poor. Stay here for a night or two, but otherwise find a better hotel.
