I rented here for 4 years and left this place cleaner than when I moved in. After being told I would get all my deposit back from the walk through with the maintenance manager, they kept $650 for pre-existing issues I had reported on my move in checklist! They wouldn't return my messages regarding this. Won't rent from them again.

CR Properties in my own experience is giving us good quality service. When there is a problem, they will send a repairman to fix it. The owner of the house is kind too.
