Wish this company could improve their communication. We applied to rent a home with them. A day after we applied for the property, the price jumped up $300 more a month. We spoke to the leasing agent and were assured that if we were approved, we would get the lower rate. The approval process was with a third party company and was a big headache. After being approved, we were sent a lease with the higher monthly rent price. They called and told us the owners couldn't do the price that they originally listed it at. At any point before they sent us the lease, they could have checked with the owners (we were told 7 days prior that they would honor the lower price). We were told the application fees would be refunded. Our home was half packed up and we were planning on moving within a few days. We are very disappointed.
Renting from this property management company was simple, starting from the beginning and up until the very end. We had a great experience as tenants, and found them to be very responsive and professional. Thank you Pure Property Management, and Property Manager Sharon Wilson.
Well unlike others they have been quick on my repair requests, however when it comes to an explanation of charges I don’t receive an answer back. Also I never received a renewal of my lease agreement so I’ve been paying the same amount rent not knowing I had accumulated a 680 back rent which i was never contacted about until recently due to the 100 month to month fee. Communication sucks ….
I also experienced this same thing as someone else mentioned- The response times and communication here are horrible. We've been trying to contact them regarding fee’s on our account and maintenance issues. We have been trying for months with no luck! Our previous agent is no longer with this company to help. I tried talking to Anne but Anne screamed at me like I have NEVER been screamed at before. I addressed this in an email and of course; no one had tried to follow up on my issues regarding the fees / maintenance, or apology for her poor and honestly super embarrassing behavior. We had a leak in the roof from the AC dripping and the damages have yet to be fixed- this happened last summer. I would like to know why I’m being charged for maintenance monthly when you’re not helping with the maintenance. I feel like the home owner would be disappointed that his tenant is receiving this type of care. We take pride in the beautiful home we are grateful to rent and have done our due diligence to maintain our home on our end. I am highly concerned!
I’ve rented with Bennett for 2 years and loved them until recently, my lease is up on April 30th 2023 and today is April 10th 2023, so I’m 20 days. I have not received a lease renewal and everytime I text and email no one answers. I have probably sent over 10 messages to multiple people. It’s ridiculous that my lease is close to being over and all I’ve gotten was “I will get with the owners soon and get back to you”
