don’t even waste your time applying for places through this company. i looked at a house i really liked and they didn’t answer much questions and just told me to apply. they took my money and wouldn’t even have the decency to reply to me. i checked back with them multiple times and no answer, no text. i’m pretty sure they just leave properties up to pocket application money. the second i had my boyfriend call them, they answerd. don’t waste your time.. you’ll just get ghosted

I wouldn’t even wish my worst enemy to rent from this company. They respond to maybe 1 in 5 emails/questions, are still not in the office because of COVID (while the rest of Arizona barely closed), and THEY CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICE VISITS. Yes. This is the only place I’ve ever rented from who will charge you (~$200 each visit) when there are problems with the A/C, and Heaven help they actually address the fact that turning on the sprinklers to maintain the lawn means that the house pushes over 1,000 gallons of water a day. In a desert, in a drought. Ridiculous. They refused to listen to me, didn’t believe me, and basically admitted they have a customer service problem ‘but that won’t be fixed over the phone.’ Horrible company. Horrible customer service. All for the sake of their trying to see things from the business perspective, not doing good customer service.

This is my 3rd house I have rented from Beehive. They have been amazing. They’re very caring and super easy to work with. Anytime I have an issue they get on it immediately.
