I rented an apartment managed by AZREAPM, and I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Every time I submitted a maintenance request, they responded almost immediately (and never over 24 hours later). The vendors they assigned always contacted me promptly. The resident portal is easy to navigate. I moved out of the property recently, and I wish I’d moved into another property managed by them! My move-out process was managed and guided by Sherri, and I felt truly valued, taken care of, and treated like a human being. That’s difficult to find right now. I recommend renting a property managed by this company highly.

Bad realtor put in app paid fee and had to chase them down for answers.. drove from Tucson just to talk to Stephanie or Gabi her manager. Was told in beginning I was just waiting for my prior rental history to be verified asked my prior land lord if he got anything and he hadn't then when I drive down there I get a denied email from them saying it's my background and my income.. which I have plenty of money to cover and on there screening which I have a copy of shows no bad history.. horrible Realtor find a different one..

Scam? Too busy to figure out what happened. They took my $50, nothing in return but ignorance/poor customer service. $50 is worth dodging a bullet! Be warned.
